If you had told me before that I would own a growing small business, I would have laughed and called you crazy. Look at me now! I have been a happy stay-at-home mom since April, 2007. This adventure has brought me so many new challenges, experiences, messes and, most of all, a ton of love and laughter! Thankfully, my daughter is a great napper. I frequently found myself bored and looking for something to do other than the never-ending laundry and housekeeping; Enter clothing and accessory design!

My creative personality has come alive. A dear family member introduced me to a local sewing school and I took a few sewing lessons and found my niche. Inspired, I began designing my own purses, tote bags, wristlets and make-up bags, and started Erika Cain Designs. Recently, I have realized that my real passion is for designing and creating unique children’s items. As each day brings new inspiration, I find my inventory growing daily.
